[Old Paradigm: Spinning and twisting electrodes, needing extra parts to achieve stability. Buy a separate expensive handpiece for each size of shank.]
NEW PARADIGM: One-step locking collar for solid positioning; Collet firmly grasps both 1/16” and 3/32” shanks.
How could we seriously present the Electricator as the best if we ignored the issue of interchangability? Electrodes are expensive; so are handpieces. It‘s not rational to buy different handpieces for the sake of 1/16” variance in shank size. It would be an endless loop, if not for the fact that Ours Fits All, and is still stellar in its stability.
Worry about sudden loss of stability during a procedure is exhausting. It might have driven our engineers crazy, but we persisted in our search for a solution until we had created the best handpiece collar, or collet, we could imagine. The Best, with the bite of Jaws.

The old cords always bothered us: the 5 internal wires made them stiff and intractable, and they were never long enough. Electricator’s handset cord is a full 10’ long, and by slimming the five wires to three, we not only made the cord extremely flexible, we lessened the complexity of both the plug and its socket, providing the same power, but fewer things to break.

[Old Paradigm: Long or tricky procedures leave hands cramped and aching.]
NEW PARADIGM: Unique ergometric handpiece keeps hand fatigue at bay.
The softly beveled three-sided shape mirrors the natural valley between the base of the thumb and forefinger, where it rests with just enough weight to provide balance. Three sensitive fingerswitches (activate, power increase and power decrease) are positioned for maximum comfort and control, providing quick response to every subtle command. We believe you’ll find it the most comfortable handpiece you’ve ever used, and then some. The Electricator can be activated and its power controlled solely by either fingerswitch or footswitch, or by both simultaneously — a real feat by any standards. And it is fully autoclavable, the only one among its kind. That’s what we call full-featured.
